Leadership Skills For Supervisors - Communication, Coaching And Conflict Training

  • Overview

INTRODUCTION

Supervisors are a significant economic influence. They have the ability to increase or decrease the productivity of those who answer to them. The supervisors serve as a vital point of contact between the managers of the company and the workers on the shop floor or at the service desk. The supervisor may not have much leadership experience, despite the fact that they typically have more technical experience than the people they are responsible for. Participants will leave this one-week training with the necessary communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
