INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this training is to emphasize the reasons why interviews have a significant influence on recruiting decisions as well as the actions that can be taken to improve interview dependability while guaranteeing legally acceptable levels of fairness and uniformity. It is intended to prevent all frequent errors that inexperienced interviewers make while speaking with job seekers, particularly inadequate pre-interview preparation and inappropriate questioning.
